Professional MOTI Electric Busbar Processing Machine is designed in order to facilitate punching & cutting Busbars at high speed with high precision.
This Electric Busbar Processing Machine is equipped with cutting punching and bending three stations in one machine ( 3 I n 1 )
MOTI adopt SIEMENS PLC with control system,that can help this Electric Busbar Processing Machine to Cut, Punch and Bend all sizes of copper or aluminum busbar. Field service tools through to in-plant production systems.
1. CUT Section
Electric Busbar Processing Machine adopts the double column shear structure.
The shearing position uses a double pillar structure with flat shears, no waste, no burrs, and no collapse feet.
2. PUNCH Section
Electric Busbar Processing Machine is designed to a united six-mode turnplate in tooth shape for punch section.
#1 . Three method of punch position
(1) Coordinate axis positioning
(2) Positioning Pins
(3) Laser Pointer help to find the center of hole easily in puncher
#2. There are 6 sets of punching dies install turnplate, no need to change molds frequently.
3. BEND Section
is designed by the closed bending structure.
By changing different bending molds, we can bend different shaped of copper busbars, such as Vertical Bending, Horizontal Bending, L shaped Bending, U shaped Bending, Z shaped Bending, embossing, chamfering and twisted bending, etc.
Electric Busbar Processing Machine is equipped with SIEMENS Control Bending System
This system bends the required angle by inputting the digits of thickness and required angle of copper busbars
This Electric Busbar Processing Machine will automatically bend the copper busbars and return back to its original position without any additional operation.
