Maintenance points of automatic spray gun WA-200

 

1. Always check the needle valve, gasket, and air valve gasket sealing book for leakage. If there is leakage, it should be replaced in time; oil should be applied to the sealing gasket frequently to make it soft and facilitate sliding.

 

2. The thread of the air cap of the gun, the adjustment knob of the paint volume and the air adjustment knob, etc., should be frequently oiled to ensure flexible movement; the spring of the spray gun thimble and the air valve should also be lubricated to prevent rusting and facilitate sliding.

 

3. The spray gun should not be disassembled at will. When disassembly is necessary, it should be noted that the rectangular parts should not be stuck with garbage and paint, and the air cap and nozzle should not have any damage. After assembly, adjust it to the original state, and pull the trigger to test the air and paint. Spray effect.

 

4. Before using the spray gun, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out to ensure that the spray gun is in good condition before it can be used.

 

5. The spray gun should avoid colliding with the coated object or falling to the ground during use, otherwise it will cause permanent damage and cannot be used.

 

6. When the work is suspended, the spray gun head should be immersed in the solvent to prevent the paint from drying and blocking the nozzle; but the entire spray gun should not be completely immersed in the solvent, which will damage the sealing gaskets of various parts and cause air leakage , The phenomenon of leaking paint.

 

7. After the spray gun is used, it should be cleaned in time, otherwise the paint channel will be blocked (especially 2K paint), and it will be difficult to clean in the future, or even unusable. After cleaning the spray gun, connect the paint pipe and the compressed air pipe for test spraying, and adjust the fan surface of the spray gun. The fan angle of the manual air spray gun is 70-80 degrees. If there is any problem, report it to maintenance in time.
